The notarial act of Kuri’s joining into the shareholder circle of the SINN Power GmbH marks the high point of almost one year of successful cooperation between the entrepreneur and the team.

Kuri, former CEO and founder of KLB Blech in Form GmbH, has been supporting the development of the wave energy converter since the beginning of the year. His enthusiasm for the product and the team led him to seek a chance to join SINN Power after his exit from KLB in late 2015.

The entrepreneur founded KLB in 1998 and grew the sheet metal forming company with five persons into a ‘German Mittelstand’ company with 280 employees and a turnover of €34 million annually. From today, he will support the SINN Power founder team as a mentor for strategic and management topics.

Kuri’s drive is audible in his comment on his joining: „The future belongs to companies like SINN Power that successfully unite ecology and economy. That is why I am glad to be able to work with the highly qualified young team towards this goal.”

“Personally and professionally, we are 100 percent on the same wavelength with Mr Kuri,” adds SINN Power CEO Philipp Sinn. “To have such an experienced entrepreneur on board pushes us a big step forward.”
